Development Engineer for Vehicle Simulation Software f/m/d
Aufgaben:
Work in the software development team for AVL's Real-Time Vehicle Simulation Software Virtual Studio
Develop vehicle simulation models for diverse testing environments, including conventional and electrification testbeds, HiL, SiL for system and sub-system testing of various vehicle types (battery electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, heavy-duty vehicles, etc.)
Design and implement suitable software architectures for efficient real-time vehicle simulation solutions
Develop innovative simulation solutions, involving Machine Learning models and automated parameter identification
Qualifikationen:
Completed education (University or University of Applied Sciences, University of Technology, or comparable) with focus on Control Engineering, Software engineering, Mechatronics or a related field
Deep knowledge in the programming language MATLAB/Simulink and good knowledge of Python, C or C ++
At least 3 years technical experience in the field of automotive engineering and/or simulation
Basic automotive and powertrain engineering knowledge
Business fluent knowledge in English
